Havells One App Joy Week 

Terms & Conditions

Havells India Limited (“Havells”) is conducting the “Havells One App Joy Week” Program. Eligible users can open the Havells One App, scratch the digital card, and get a chance to win a Domino’s digital gift voucher worth up to ₹ 500/-. By participating, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Offer Period
1. The Program will run from 11 September 2026 to 17 September 2026, both days included.
2. Havells may change, pause, extend, or end the Program as per the General Terms.

Eligibility
3. The Program is open only to users who receive an official communication from Havells for this Program.
4. Eligible users must use the registered mobile number linked with the campaign and the Havells One App.
5. Users who are not part of the campaign database will not be able to access the scratch card or win a Voucher.

How to Participate
6. Eligible users must open the Havells One App during the Offer Period and scratch the Joy Week card shown on the app home screen.
7. Each registered mobile number can play once per day, up to seven times during the Offer Period.
8. After scratching, the card will show either “WIN” or “Better luck next time”.

Winner Selection and Reward Allocation
9. Winning outcomes will be selected randomly through the campaign mechanism.
10. A total of 220 Domino’s Gift Vouchers are available during the Program: 200 vouchers worth ₹ 200/- each and 20 vouchers worth ₹ 500/- each. Voucher allocation will be managed randomly at     the sole discretion of Havells and/or its promotion partner.
11. Only around 1 % of eligible participants may win a Voucher. Participation does not guarantee a prize.
12. Each Eligible User can win only once during the Offer Period. If the same user gets another “WIN” result, it will be treated as invalid.
13. A “WIN” result may be cancelled if the user is found ineligible, has already won, shares incorrect details, attempts duplicate participation, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Voucher Delivery and Use
14. Winners will receive the Voucher code through SMS and/or WhatsApp on their registered mobile number, subject to successful delivery.
15. The Voucher value will be up to ₹ 500, as communicated to the winner.
16. Each Voucher will follow the issuing partner’s terms, including validity, redemption, usage, exclusions, and availability.
17. Vouchers cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash, reissued, or extended after expiry.
18. Winners must follow the redemption instructions shared with the Voucher or available on the Domino’s platform.

 Domino’s Voucher Redemption Process
 1.  Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
 2.  Click on Pay Online.
 3.  Select Other Payment Options.
 4.  Choose Gift Cards / E-Voucher.
 5.  Enter the Voucher Code provided.
 6.  Complete the payment process.

 Verification and Disqualification
 19. Havells may verify any participant’s or winner’s eligibility, including the registered mobile number and campaign records.
 20. Havells may reject or cancel participation or a Voucher if details are incorrect, the user is not eligible, duplicate or automated participation is detected, or the Program is misused.
 21. Any attempt to tamper with the Program, scratch card, app, communication, or fulfilment process may lead to disqualification.

 General Terms
 22.  Havells may change, suspend, extend, or end the Program at any time without prior notice.
 23.  Havells’ decision on eligibility, winner validation, Voucher allocation, fulfilment, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be final, subject to applicable law.
 24.  Havells will not be responsible for failures caused by device issues, app availability, internet or telecom disruption, incorrect contact details, message filtering, or other reasons beyond its control.
 25.  All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Domino’s Vouchers are subject to the partner’s applicable terms.
 26.  The present offer does not apply in State of Tamil Nadu
 27.  Force majeure conditions shall apply.
 28.  If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
 29.  Any dispute related to the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Delhi.

Disclaimer
30. The Voucher is issued and redeemed as per the relevant partner’s terms. Havells will not be responsible for any issue related to redemption, acceptance, products, services, or use of   the Voucher on the partner platform.
